The Iijima Koukan factory always has an abundant stock of steel pipes, aluminum pipes, stainless steel pipes, and machine structural steel (round bars) in a variety of materials and a wide range of outside diameters, inside diameters, and wall thickness sizes. The quantity and variation of these products are among the best in Japan. We boast one of the largest stock volumes of seamless pipes and tubes in Japan. We can deliver what you need quickly, with no time loss in procurement.
Next-day immediate delivery in the Kanto area. Delivery with heat treatment is also available.
Our stock is sourced from high quality materials, is stored in an appropriate environment, and is cut with the machine best selected to meet your needs. Furthermore, we can deliver directly from the factory, where the entire workflow is optimized up to delivery, enabling next-day delivery to the Kanto area and surrounding prefectures. We can also deliver in an annealed condition. Projects that used to be ordered separately can now be completed in a centralized location.
Band saws and carbide-tipped circular saws are available to satisfy all your cutting needs.
Along with the quantity and variation of stock, we continue to focus on enhancing our machine groups. We use band saws suitable for cutting single items and large outer diameters, and carbide-tipped circular saws (circular saws) capable of cutting pipes up to 200 mm in outside diameter at high speed and with high precision, in precisely the right combination. From cutting single items of only a few millimeters to large volume orders, we are ready to provide customers with what they need, when they need it, and in as much quantity as they require.
