A new constant-temperature inspection room was established to guarantee accuracy. Thorough calibration control of measuring instruments.
Accurate measuring instruments are indispensable for processes that require uncompromising high precision, such as rollers for printing and film machinery and shafts for injection molding machines. For this reason, a new constant-temperature inspection room, where the room temperature and humidity are constantly controlled at 20°C and 50%, respectively, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, was established in the factory to ensure thorough quality assurance and calibration control of measuring instruments. This environment, which is unaffected by changes in temperature and humidity, supports the site where micron-level measurements are made.

In order to process metals that expand and contract according to temperature with micron-level precision, the temperature in the machining area is also tightly controlled. The entire plant is air-conditioned to minimize temperature differences throughout the day. In addition, the welding area is divided into separate areas to avoid the effects of oil mist, and humidity is also thoroughly controlled. An ideal working environment is maintained from various perspectives.
