What is your current job description?

I am responsible for receiving, cutting, drilling, and processing pipes.
What makes your job satisfying and what are your goals?

It is very difficult to measure a pipe and accurately cut, drill, and otherwise process it according to drawings, but that is why I find it my work so rewarding. My immediate goal is to increase the speed of my work. Eventually, I would like to acquire lathe processing skills.
What is the atmosphere like in the company?

Everyone has a unique and interesting personality.
How do you spend your holidays?

I enjoy going out for drinks with friends and playing badminton.

What is your current job description?

I am in charge of cutting aluminum materials.
What makes your job satisfying and what are your goals?

Since the cutting is done manually, your skills are reflected straight away. I have to be careful not to make a mistake in the length to be cut, and of course, I have to pay attention to every detail. In the future, I would like to increase what I can do while leveling up what I am currently able to do.
What is the atmosphere like in the company?

I find that there is a good rapport between employees.
How do you spend your holidays?

I like to spend time with friends and play games.

What is your current job description?

Using NC lathes, we manufacture cylindrical components such as shafts and rollers for general industrial machinery used in factories.
What makes your job satisfying and what are your goals?

I feel a sense of fulfillment when I am able to process a repeat product by myself. When processing large and heavy products, even the slightest carelessness can lead to scratches or accidents, so concentration is essential. In the future, I would like to try to acquire forklift qualifications.
What is the atmosphere like in the company?

It is a very homey corporate culture.
How do you spend your holidays?

I like to go for a drive in my own car.
